Memes have become such an established part of our lexicon that I think many of us can take them a bit too seriously sometimes (I'm guilty as charged). At the end of the day, the main thing that most of them are here for is a second's worth of fleeting entertainment. Sure, we could talk at length about why this is and what it all means, but this is a random meme gallery! Now is not the time.

Instead of taking the intellectual route, let's keep it lowbrow. All that is required here is the mildest kind of reading comprehension, although we could argue we don't even need that, either. The only things that this list is asking of you are your eyes and your attention. It's a valuable commodity in the right hands, and few places know that better than the internet. But like I said, don't overthink it.
